A memorial plaque to Boris Nemtsov, who was installed on the wall of a house in Malaya Ordynka street in Moscow, where he lived, illegal and should be dismantled. On Thursday, 7 September, told RIA Novosti in the Department of cultural heritage of the Russian capital.

According to the Agency, a memorial plaque installed no earlier than 10 years after the fact historical events or death immortalised face. «In the case of requests for the installation of memorial boards on the buildings of organizations for the decision of the Commission to perpetuate the memory of outstanding events and figures of national history and culture not earlier than 2 years after the fact of historical events or the death of the immortalised faces,» he said.
Boris Nemtsov was gunned down on Great Moskvoretsky bridge in Moscow at night on 28 February 2015.
