Sarah Cummins and Logan Araujo planned to get married at the Ritz Charles, located in the town of Carmel, North of Indianapolis, but a week before the appointed date, the young people broke up. However, the $ 30,000 spent on this event for 170 people, was not in vain – Sarah was invited to the hotel of local homeless people and gave them a lavish party.

Cummins, a 25-year-old student at the faculty of pharmacy at Purdue University, explained to journalists the reasons for the gap, saying only that the decision was really hard for her, and her heart broken.
But then she decided to benefit from this sad event: a girl got in touch with the leadership of the homeless shelters in Indianapolis and Noblesville and invited their clients to a sumptuous dinner at the hotel where they waited for the delicious food – meatballs glazed in wine, goat cheese, garlic bruschetta, chicken breast with artichokes, cream sauce «Chardonnay» and the wedding cake.
The feast was held outdoors in the garden pavilion hotel, where guests brought two buses, rented with the money intended for the wedding.
