According to a public opinion poll conducted by «Panels Participation», commissioned by the newspaper «Maariv», if the election were held today, the Likud party would have won 27 seats, 3 less than the mandate in the last election.
Block «Zionist camp» would have lost 9 seats and became, with 15 deputies, the third largest faction in the Knesset. Second place in the Knesset would take the party «Yesh Atid» Yair Lapid, gaining 18 seats (7 more than now).
Party «Bayt Yehudi» headed by Naftali Bennett would have won 12 seats (+4 compared with the previous election) and caught up with the United Arab list (-1). Also would considerably improve its position the party Yisrael Beiteinu, gaining 10 seats instead of 6. «Jadot a-Tora» gains an additional mandate and is compared with the SHAS party (7 seats), party «Kulan» is reduced to 6 seats (-4). The same is done by the party MERETZ (+1).
62% of respondents said that they believe the publications about the behavior of the spouse of the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. 66% believe that the behavior of Sara Netanyahu has a negative impact on the work of the Prime Minister. 44% noted that the scandal with the caretaker of the residence of the head of the government, Menny Naftali worsened their opinion of Netanyahu.
