Israeli defence companies involved in the ongoing Bangalore air show AeroIndia-2017, began to announce the first signed contracts.
The Israeli state defense concern «Aviation industry» (IAI, TAA) and the Indian company DTL has signed a contract on joint production of unmanned aircraft in the territory of India.
Under the contract, IAI will give partners the technology and production capacity for the production of mini-UAVs in the framework of the governmental initiative «Made in India».
Company Bharat Electronics has received an order from the Israeli defense company «a’s» for the production of a batch of systems for the monitoring, management and control of the CoMPASS for light combat helicopters for army of India.
As reported by Aviation Week, the Israeli plant «El» will participate as a subcontractor in the development of modern radar systems for combat aircraft KF-X to develop the Korean and Indonesian companies for the needs of the air force of South Korea and Indonesia.
