Wednesday, November 22, in Beirut, met the Lebanese President Michel Aoun and Parliament speaker Nabih Berri with Saad al-Hariri, who declared earlier intention to resign from the post of head of the Lebanese government.
It was their first meeting in the last two weeks. On the eve of al-Hariri returned to Lebanon after a long absence.
At the meeting it was announced that the President of the Aun not yet accept the resignation of al-Hariri, because he has promised to think again about the decision to leave his post. The Lebanese President said he was willing to continue to work with Saad al-Hariri.
In response, al-Hariri said that he changed his mind at this stage to retire and ready for productive dialogue.
