District court in Santa Clara (California, USA) was sentenced to 16 years in prison, 26-year-old Robert Roy farmer, convicted of the murder of 21 cats, writes USA Today.
Crimes were committed in September and October 2015. During this period in the area Cambrian Park in San Jose began to disappear cats, which later were found dead. The investigation found that all of these cats were killed.
October 8, 2015 police arrested Robert Roy farmer, who was sleeping in his car in the Parking lot near a shopping center and Home Depot, while on the dashboard of the cabin of the car lay a dead cat. In the car when the search was found a hunting knife, bloody gloves and wisps of cat hair.
Farmer pleaded guilty in the killing of 21 cats, he also told investigators that some of the cats were enticed out of homes in order then to kill them.
