28-year-old grace Elizabeth ward, a resident of Northern California, appeared in court on charges of murder in the second degree (recklessly), reports International Business Times.
According to the investigation, ward was driving his car, deliberately swerved into oncoming traffic, creating an emergency situation. The accident killed 29-year-old Ryan Folsom. He died before the arrival of paramedics at a time when ward tried to help him.
The man had two small children and a wife pregnant with third child.
Ward, who received the accident resulted in a broken leg, claims it has left on an oncoming lane because he intended thus to settle scores with life. However, the Prosecutor believes that it acted «reckless and selfish».
If the fault word is proved, she could face a life sentence.
