The a suicide bombing attack perpetrated near the building of Ministry of defense in Kabul, took the lives of nine people. Another 13 were injured of varying severity, said Afghan sources.
The police chief of Kabul, Abdul Rahman Rahimi said that the majority of victims are civilians.
Responsibility for the explosion took over the terrorist organization the Taliban, frequent attacks against government facilities.
Earlier on February 27, a suicide bomber blew up a booby-trapped motorcycle in Asadabad, in Kunar province. As a result, according to the revised data, killed 13 people and at least 39 were injured.
