The Swiss newspaper Basler Zeitung says, citing a major European arms dealer that the government of Saudi Arabia expressed interest in buying the Israeli missile defense system «Iron dome» to protect against attacks on the territory of the Kingdom of Houthi rebels in Yemen.
Also, the Saudis are interested in buying anti-tank systems of active protection «Windbreaker» that are installed on the tanks «Merkava».
According to the newspaper, the Saudi military experts met with Israeli technology in the United Arab Emirates.
