BBC: a senior IAAF officials helped cover the Russian «skeletons in the closet»

The air force accused the Deputy Secretary General of the International Federation of athletics nick Davis that he planned to delay the publication of the names of the Russian athletes who were caught doping.

The letter was sent 22 days before the world Championships in Moscow.
