Bloomberg: Abbas is willing temporarily to waive the requirement to freeze construction in the settlements

The head of the Palestinian national authority, Mahmoud Abbas, has agreed to temporarily waive the requirement for a full construction freeze in Judea and Samaria, according to the website Bloomberg, citing an anonymous high-ranking source close to one of the Arab leaders.
