Bloomberg: the U.S. state Department intends to expand the Magnitsky list. Kerry «pulls» the solution

The U.S. state Department plans to expand the list of sanctions of Russian officials responsible for the death in prison of a lawyer Fund Hermitage Capital Sergei Magnitsky, who died in a hospital jail «sailor’s silence» 16 November 2009 after 11 months in detention on charges of tax evasion.
