Over forty civilians were the victims of an air strike by either the Russians or the aircraft of the Syrian air force in the city Duma, stronghold of the Syrian rebels, located in the outskirts of Damascus.

In a note it is stated that during the strike were used cluster bombs and missiles, one of which hit the town’s school, killing the Director of the school and several students.
French news Agency AFP recalled that the district councils regularly shelled government troops and the rebels are firing from there on to Damascus.
