British scientists have concluded that eating Breakfast not only can help people with obesity to lose weight, but also promotes physical activity and control blood sugar levels, reports The Express Tribune.
Researchers have divided participants on two groups of people from 21 to 60 years. The first group to 11 a.m., ate a Breakfast containing 700 calories. The second group until noon only drank one water.
It turned out that those participants who regularly ate Breakfast consumed less food at a later time, resulting in higher levels of physical activity.
