In the Moroccan city of Marrakech hosted the world conference to combat climate change, parties adopted several decisions and also made an appeal to the newly-elected President of the United States Donald Trump, reports Deutsche Welle.
The conference, in particular, decided to completely stop using coal for electricity production.
In addition, 48 States have called for an early switch to exclusively renewable energy sources.
The participants also called on Donald trump to not abandon the climate Convention signed by the Obama administration. Trump in the election campaign-called fight against climate change fraud and promised to withdraw the U.S. from these agreements.
In the framework of the climate Convention Nations of the world pledged $ 100 billion with the purpose to prevent the increase in average temperature more than 2 degrees Celsius in the next 100 years.
