German Federal Prosecutor Wolfgang GIS said during a specially convened press conjerence that a criminal investigation against 39-year-old railway Manager, whose incompetence, as evidenced by the data of the investigation, the crash occurred in the vicinity of Munich, which took the lives of 11 people.

GIS stated that the only reason for this tragedy was the error made official, whose duties consisted of switching signals semaphores – no evidence of technical malfunction was found, and killed the drivers of both trains were not drunk and had acted in accordance with the rules
We will remind that as a result of a head-on collision of two passenger trains that occurred on February 9, in the area of the Bavarian town of bad Aibling in southern Germany, 11 people were killed, 150 were injured, the condition of 50 of them is estimated by physicians as heavy.
