Central Bureau of statistics reported that in the first ten months of 2015 were sold 27.920 new apartments. This is 55.4% more than in January-October 2014. Only in October 2015 sold 4.020 new apartments.
The highest was the demand for housing in the North district it increased by 158%. In the Haifa district, the increase amounted to 97%, in South – 73%, in Jerusalem – on 43%. In the tel Aviv district demand grew by 39%, and in Central – 37%.
At the end of October 2015 the market was 26.340 unsold apartments. 38% of them are in the Central district, 12% in Jerusalem and the South, 11% in Haifa, and 10% in the North.
