Thursday, September 28, at the age of 74 years died a famous Israeli TV presenter Daniel peer. In the beginning of this week after suffering a stroke he was taken to Jerusalem hospital «Shaare Zedek», where he died a few days after hospitalization.
Daniel peer was born on 2 January 1943. His career in public radio began when he was 12 years old, where he was one of the leading children’s program. Then he worked on army radio. After serving in the IDF Daniel, continuing to work for public radio «Kol Yisrael», he graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, where he studied Philology, Jewish literature and the English language, and also received a diploma in journalism.
Peer TV career started in 1970. In 1971, he parted ways with the radio station and focused on work as a TV presenter. For many years he was the leading programs «Mabat», «Boker Tov Yisrael», and others. He retired in 2010.
