The former soloist of group «Ivanushki International» Oleg Yakovlev died in the hospital at the age of 47 years. Yakovlev was in intensive care and was connected to a ventilator, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the civil wife and the producer of singer Alexander Kutsevol.
Yakovlev was hospitalized after he was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia.
The singer became a soloist of group «Ivanushki International» in 1998, after leaving the band, Igor Sorin. The first song Yakovlev was the song «poplar fluff», which is still considered the hallmark of «Simons».
Yakovlev resigned from «Ivanushki-International» in 2013, announcing that he intends to start a solo career.
Since then he has released the singles «Call me after three champagne» and «Dance your eyes closed».
