The press service of the hospital «Shaare Zedek», which was delivered to a man, attacked by a terrorist in Jerusalem’s Old city, said that the condition of the patient remains critical.
The man was operated on. He was transferred to the intensive care unit. The patient is immersed in a state of drug-induced coma and connected to a ventilator.
According to doctors, there is still a threat to the life of the patient.
However, Israeli media reported that the wounded man was not a guard, as it was reported in the first minutes after the attack. Apparently, he happened to be near a terrorist. His identity is still not established.
However, in the interests of the investigation, the court banned the publication of any information relating to the investigation of this terrorist attack.
