Released in 2012, it immediately began to actively act against the public interest. In particular, he participated in a propaganda campaign in support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and terrorist organizations. He also vigorously condemned those Druze of the Golan heights, who started to move closer to Israel, called them traitors and collected information about them. Secret investigation against him began in 2014, when he was collecting information about Israeli military in the Golan heights, especially near the Syrian border. The collected information he gave high-ranking officers of Assad’s army. The accused admitted part of the charges against him. During interrogations he declared that, being a patriot of Syria, sought the return of the Golan heights to that country.
