At least 4 people were killed and 225 were injured in the earthquake that occurred on Tuesday evening, February 7, Taiwan. Fire Department reported that 149 people were recovered from the wreckage.
The aftershocks of a magnitude of 6.4 was recorded in 20 km North-East of Hualien on the Eastern coast of the island.
According to local authorities, another 145 people believed missing. Most likely, most of them are under the rubble of one of the buildings in the suburbs of Hualien.
