Near coast of Peru on Friday evening, August 11, an earthquake of magnitude 5.6.
According to the USGS, the epicenter of the earthquake recorded at 21:45 GMT, was located in the Pacific ocean, 89 km North-West of the city of Camana, the focus lies at a depth of 41 km.
The earthquake caused landslides, which, according to local authorities, one person died, two others were injured.
Recall, 17 July in the same area, an earthquake of magnitude 6.6. According to the seismologists, the earthquake epicenter was about 100 km West of the town of Camana. The focus lies at a depth of 10 km.
