The Prosecutor’s office of the southern district transferred the District court of be’er Sheva indictment against two fishermen from Gaza detained for damaging the boat of the Navy of the IDF and the infliction of light injuries to the Israeli soldiers.
Interestingly, the detainees accused of terrorist activities or crimes motivated by ethnic hatred, insulting public servants, assault on public servants and throwing stones at the vehicle.
The incident occurred in mid-December. The fishing boat tried to go beyond the boundaries of the 9-mile zone, when it was seen three boats of the Navy.
In response to the requirement to stop for inspection, the vessel tried to return back to Gaza. When the boat approached him, one of the fishermen threw in soldier brick. The accused then sent his boat to the boat, and after the collision, attempted to seize the weapon of one of the soldiers.
