The floods, caused by heavy rains in the province of Kabul in Central Afghanistan killed 17 people, RIA Novosti reported citing local media.
According to the head of the district Sarobi Mohammad Fahim, Musazai, many people suffered financial losses, as the flood caused damage to their homes and harvest.
The delegation from Kabul visited the victims and gave them financial assistance, said Mosazai.
According to local residents, the elements were destroyed more than ten houses. Six people are reported missing.
