Next week, the WTA rankings will be headed by the Spaniard Garbine Muguruza Blanco, losing in the fourth round of the U.S. Open. In the first position, it will change the Czech Carolina Pliskova, who lost in the quarterfinals (last year, the Czech tennis player played in the final of the US Open).
In 2003, the rankings were led by the Americans Andre Agassi and Serena Williams.
