Manchester crown court has sentenced four men convicted of the attack on 46-year resident of Ashton under Lyne, reports the BBC.
According to investigators, in July of 2016 four attackers whose homes are located in close proximity to each other, saw the man walking his dog, collecting her feces, threw them in the trash.
The owner of the house, near which was the tank, was incensed by the fact that the dog’s owner sent the «wrong garbage», and the neighbors shared his righteous anger.
The next day the four men waited until the man with the dog re-appear in their area, armed with a Golf club, pool cue and wiring, and then attacked his victim. In the attack the owner of the dog received heavy cherepno-a brain trauma and a fractured clavicle. The dog also was injured.
One of the attackers sentenced to 13 years imprisonment, the second to 11, and another two received two and a half years in prison.
