The evening of December 14, Egyptian media reported that Israel had fulfilled the second part of the deal for the release UDI Tarabeen. According to these reports, four citizens of Egypt, serving sentences in Israeli prisons for criminal offences, arrived in Cairo.
Just a part of the deal, Israel released six Egyptian. The first two were released on 10 December. On the same day in Israel back UDI Tarabin, imprisoned in Egyptian prison for 15 years on charges of spying for Israel.
Israeli media also reported that as part of the deal for the release Tarabeen the Israeli government declined from 2% of income from production in the industrial zone owned by Egypt, Israel and the USA.
