Sunday, February 18, inspector-General of police, Roni Alsheikh will appear before the Knesset’s internal Affairs. The Commission will discuss the statements of Alsaha about the involvement of «influential persons» in the investigation of suspicions against the Prime Minister.
An extraordinary meeting of the Commission appointed at the request of the member of «Likud» Yoav Kish.
During the meeting will also discuss a complaint filed on Alsaha attorney, Pinchas Fischler.
The Commission meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, February 14, but a day earlier, on 13 February, the police published the results of investigations 1000 and 2000 where the main accused was the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and said that the collected evidence base, allowing to prove the charges against the Prime Minister in both cases.
