The Ministry of Finance and construction have changed the terms of the program «Housing for newcomers» («Policy Le-Mistaken»), admitting to her family, already owns his own apartment, but want to improve their living conditions. In addition, there is differentiation of prices depending on which floor the apartment is.
Under the new arrangements, which will come into force from September 1, homeowners wishing to improve their living conditions, will be admitted to the draw of flats in projects, which remain unsold for more than 25 housing units or more than 10% of the apartments in the project (whichever is shorter). If the project has less than apartments, the building contractor will get right to look for buyers wanting to improve housing, «kalkalist».
The buyer is obliged to sell the old house within 12 months from the moment of settling into a new apartment.
If the rest of the apartment is not implemented during the year, they will be sold on the open market at a price of program.
Participants in the program who buys an apartment on the lower floors of the building in 9 or more floors, will receive an additional discount of 3% for the second floor, 2% third, 1% for the fourth. For apartments on the 7th floor and above the building contractor will be entitled to claim an allowance at the rate of 1%.
