On Friday, June 16, in the town of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk oblast were detained several people suspected of involvement in the murder of the former Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Denis Boronenkov, who was shot on March 23 in Kiev, reports «Interfax» with reference to the National police of Ukraine.
Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that Denis Boronenkov, was killed by 28-year-old Paul Parchovymi that in the course of the clashes with bodyguard ex-Deputy was fatally wounded and later died in hospital. According to the interior Ministry of Ukraine, Parsow was wanted since 2011 Dnieper militiamen for Commission of crimes under article 205 and 209 of the criminal code of Ukraine (fictitious entrepreneurship and legalization of income obtained by criminal means).
In the afternoon of 23 March in the center of Kiev, on crossing of streets Pushkin and Shevchenko Boulevard, near the hotel Premier Palace was shot the former Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov. In the attack, was wounded a security guard Boronenkov, who returned fire and fatally wounded the assailant.
In Kiev police believe the murder Boronenkov registered. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the murder of Denis Boronenkov is the «act of state terrorism by Russia». Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the murder of former state Duma Deputy, Denis Boronenkov suggests that Ukraine could not ensure his safety. The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko told journalists that Voronenkov was under the protection of one of the special services of Ukraine.
Ex-Deputy of the state Duma from the Communist party faction Denis Boronenkov, who moved to Ukraine with his wife, Opera singer Maria Maksakova, has recently acquired Ukrainian citizenship. Former Russian Deputy testified in the case against former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
The Russian government called him a traitor who fled to avoid prosecution on charges of fraud in Russia. In April 2015, Russia’s Investigative Committee said that he was going to initiate a criminal investigation against Denis Boronenkov. The investigating authorities claimed that in 2011 the group of persons, among whom was Boronenkov, organized a raider seizure of the building cost about five million dollars in the center of Moscow. In addition, the former Deputy suspected of fraud in which the owner of one of capital firms have lost their right of ownership in the Charter capital.
Shortly before his death Boronenkov said in an interview with TV channel «Rain» that he was offered to work in the power structures of Ukraine as an «expert on Russia». He did not specify what particular departments in question, but noted that not yet made a proposal.

He was born April 10, 1971, in Gorky. In 1988 he graduated from Leningrad Suvorov military school. In 1995 he graduated with a gold medal of Military University of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation.
From 1995 to 1999 served in various positions in bodies of Military Prosecutor’s office. Was an investigator and the Deputy Prosecutor.
In 1996 he graduated from the Ryazan state University. In 1999 she defended her thesis at Moscow Academy MVD of Russia. In 2006 he was a lecturer of the Law Institute (Saint Petersburg). In 2009 he defended his doctoral thesis at the Russian legal Academy of the Ministry of justice. He rose to the rank of Colonel.
In 2001, he worked as the Advisor to the General Director of judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
From 2001 to 2006 he was Deputy mayor of the city of Naryan-Mar Nenets Autonomous district, then Deputy Head of administration of NAO on subsoil use, the first Deputy head of administration of NAO on working with the government of the Russian Federation and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In 2004-2007, he was subordinate to General Alexander Bulbov in the Federal service for control over drug trafficking, which in this period was the Director of the Department for operational support of the Federal drug control service, was investigating a major corruption case.
From 2011 to 2016 – Deputy of the State Duma of the VI convocation, member of the Duma Committee for security and combating corruption. Is the head of the Department of international Congress of Industrialists and entrepreneurs on cooperation with the government and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. He was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist party.
In October 2016, emigrated to Ukraine. December 2016 was the citizenship of Ukraine refusing Russian citizenship. February 15, 2017 was held by the Russian Federal wanted list since February 27, 2017 in the international wanted list.

He was married to Opera singer Maria Maksakova-Igenbergs, in 2011-2016 years was the Deputy of the state Duma from fraction «United Russia». 15 April 2016 they had a son Ivan. In addition, Maria has a son and a daughter.
