Defined company-winners of the three tenders for the sale of land for construction of 590 apartments in Jerusalem, Beit-Dagan and of Rosh ha’ayin.
We are talking about tenders according to the scheme «mehiri Le mistaken» («price for new settlers»). Unlike conventional tenders for the purchase of land, in which the winner is the company who offered the highest price for the land, in tenders for this scheme, the winner is the one who names the lowest total cost of apartment turnkey in compliance with the required standards of construction.
The possibility of acquisition of apartments in the projects under the scheme «mehiri Le mistaken» are the holders of concessions of the Ministry of construction, meet certain criteria, primarily those who went through military service.
According to the newspaper «Globes» that the apartment 120 sq. m. in Beit Dagan will be offered at a price of NIS 1,067 million, in Jerusalem (the neighborhood of Pisgat Zeev) – at the price of 1.15 million shekels, in the Rosh ha’ayin – at the price of NIS 1,094 million. Each apartment in the project included Parking space and storage room.
