On the US side the meeting was attended by special envoy in the middle East Jason Grinblat, U.S. Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman and the United States Consul in Jerusalem, don Blum.
The Palestinian side was responsible for the negotiations with Israel Saeb Erekat, head of Palestinian intelligence Majed Faraj and economic adviser to Palestinian authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas Muhammad Mustafa.
