On Friday morning, 29 September, in Moscow, was detained one of the leaders of the Russian opposition Alexei Navalny. According to records on his page on Istagram, he was detained by police at the entrance, when heading to a rally in Nizhny Novgorod.
TASS cites the press-service of the Moscow police, according to which Navalny was detained «for repeated calls to participate in uncoordinated public event.»
On the eve on the official website of Navalny published his impressions from a hike in the Park, Zaryadye and material on real estate TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
Eighteen months ago the Moscow city court ordered the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK), which was created by Navalny, to remove fragments of the film «you do not Dimon» (real estate of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev) at the request of businessman Alisher Usmanov. The FCO has ignored this ruling.
The results of the investigation, during which they reviewed information about the property Dmitry Medvedev, was published by the FCO on March 2 this year. Then, on the Foundation website was posted the movie «He’s not Dimon», which outlined details of the investigation. For six months after publication, only on YouTube this video was watched by almost 25 million people.
