The Ministry of Finance has published the results of the new tenders for the sale of land plots in the framework of «the new settler» («Policy Le-Mistaken»).
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, real estate developers have purchased four sites in the North-East of Nahariya, which will be built 738 housing units.
Starting price of the apartments with an area of 85 square meters in these projects for the beneficiaries of the program «the settler» will be 609.986 shekels, which is 25% below market value. Apartment of 100 square meters will cost from 713.268 shekels (24% below the market price), apartment 120 square meters – from 850.977 shekels (24% below the market price).
The prices include the subsidy for beneficiaries of the program in the amount of 40,000 NIS.
In the fly … was sold land for construction of apartment houses, 83 apartments which are designed under the program «the new settler». Their price for beneficiaries will be 18% below market.
Apartments with an area of 85 square meters will be offered at a price of 934.610 shekels, apartment of 100 square meters – from 1.083.750 shekels, and apartments with an area of 120 square meters – from 1.282.603 shekels.
