District Pardes BA-Hishon covers an area of 399 acres and includes 2.445 housing units. Along with the residential buildings in the new district will be built a commercial building and offices, educational institutions, public gardens. The project includes a large number of Parking spaces, paving of roads and sidewalks for pedestrians and bike lanes.
In the area of IR and Ain in Ashkelon sold the land for the construction 2.910 housing units. The cost of apartments for the participants of the program «Policy Le-Mistaken» will be 22% below market. Starting price of the apartments with an area of 85 sq. m. will be 808.950 shekels, apartments with an area of 100 sq. m. – 936.679 shekels, and apartments with an area of 110 sq. m. – 1.106.984 shekels.
In addition to housing, the project involves the development of transport infrastructure, in particular, the construction of the road to the industrial zone and the sea. In the new area will be a large Park.
In Atlite planned construction of 60 housing units worth 12% below market. Apartment area of 120 sq. m. will be offered at a price 1.251.528 shekels, apartment 130 sq. m. for 1.347.211 shekels, apartment of 140 sq. m. for 1.442.894 shekels.
