Saturday, August 5, in the Arab village of Tuk (near the Jewish settlement of Tekoa) thousands of local residents took part in the funeral of 26-year-old Muhammad Hussein Toha, who was killed July 20 while attempting armed attacks on Israeli soldiers.
The body of the slain terrorist was the day before handed over to relatives for burial.
The funeral procession went from the hospital in Beit Djalle, in the morgue where the body was delivered to the Tuk (the distance between these settlements is around 8 km). The marchers carried flags of the Palestinian authority and the Fatah party.
At the time of the funeral, the military has cordoned off the area around the village of Tuka. The riots occurred during which was wounded Israeli soldiers. The soldiers, according to the Palestinian Maan Agency, used the means to disperse the crowd.
