Index of Yad2: in most cities has declined, housing prices

The Marker newspaper has published data on the change in the price of Israeli secondary housing market in June 2017, compared to may. They are based on the asking prices for apartments in the ads on the website

According to make The Marker and Yad2 index last month more than half of the 33 included in it cities, cheaper housing.

The sharpest decline was recorded in tel Aviv and the Sharon, Nahariya and Karmiel, and growth – in or Yehuda, Lod and Herzliya.
