A survey of 138 men and women, who offered to visit classes in drawing from nature, showed that they began to feel 25% happier. According to psychologists, drawing patterns from nature contributes to a more healthy and natural body image and allows you to explore relationships with their own bodies, critically assessing the «ideal» models presented in the media.
High attendance was associated with increased satisfaction with her body. In addition, among women who attended classes regularly, decreased anxiety about their own weight.
