On Tuesday and Wednesday, 25-26 July, Israeli Ministers have signed a series of agreements in various spheres with the representatives of the governments of Serbia, Armenia and Fiji.
The Minister of defence of Serbia Alexander Wulin, on a visit to Israel, signed jointly with his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman a cooperation agreement in the field of defence production.
According to Voline, he enlisted the support of Israel before the vote in UNESCO on the occasion of the adoption organization Kosovo unilaterally declared independence which is not recognized both States.
In Yerevan, the Minister of regional cooperation of Israel, tzachi Hanegbi met with Armenian foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian. The parties discussed the status of Israeli-Armenian relations, cooperation in international organizations, measures to strengthen trade and economic relations and realization of tourism potential.
After that, the Ministers signed an agreement on the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic passports, as well as bilateral Convention preventing double taxation and combating tax evasion. In addition, together with the Minister of culture of Armenia Armen Amiryan, Hanegbi signed a plan of cooperation in the spheres of science, culture and education in the years 2017-2020.
In Suva, the Minister of agriculture of Fiji INIA Seruiratu and the Israeli Ambassador Tibor Schlosser signed a Protocol of intent on cooperation in the field of agriculture, the opening of Fiji access to the Israeli water and agricultural technologies.
