At a meeting in Sri Lanka conference of the International civil aviation organization, the Israeli delegation signed a new and expanded old agreement on air communication from 10 countries.
Agreements were signed with the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Chile, South Africa, Vietnam, Canada, Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Uganda and Jordan.
In particular, the new agreement with Britain signed in connection with the release of the United Kingdom from the European Union. The new agreement with Canada significantly expands the possibilities of direct air links with this country.
Furthermore, the Israeli delegation held preliminary talks with representatives of Laos and Uganda.
