The government of Israel and Ukraine signed a framework agreement governing the recruitment of Ukrainian construction workers to work in Israel.
The document, signed by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin and Ambassador of Israel in Kiev Eli Belotserkovsky, the Israeli will allow construction companies to hire in Ukraine to 15 thousand workers.
The agreement excludes participation in the recruitment process of firms-intermediaries, guarantees workers the social rights and guarantees, fair pay, and the availability of health insurance.
The contract, which in recent weeks has actively joined the interior Ministry and the office of the population register of Israel, entered into force after ratification by the parliaments of both countries.
The parallel between Jerusalem and Kiev are in active negotiations on the free trade agreement, which is at an advanced stage.
We will remind that Israel has abandoned the practice of importing foreign workers through firms-intermediaries, however, the negotiations at the state level discouraged because of the demands of States not to employ its citizens «in the occupied territories».
Exactly this point has become a stumbling block in the negotiations with China.
