The Israeli state defense concern «Aviation industry» (TAA) have reached an agreement with Boeing Corporation for compensation in the amount of $ 27 million.
Since 2007, the Israeli group acts as a subcontractor to Boeing, producing parts for passenger aircraft Boeing 777 and 787.
In 2010, the company agreed that payment for work will be made on an intermediate tariff, whereas the exact rates will be set later.
In 2014, Boeing demanded that the TAA to refund $ 52 million, as the group charged the price for the work was higher than the market.
Initially TAA refused to comply with the requirement of the American Corporation, however, according to the financial report for the third quarter of 2015, added 27 million dollars in costs count on the basis of a compromise agreement.
