The Israeli defense Ministry announced Monday, October 30, simplifying the control of export of certain dual-use goods.
At the moment there are 27 categories of products, export of which requires the permission of the Ministry of defense. The resolution is two-stage. First, the exporter must obtain a permit for marketing, and then directly exported.
A new decision of the Ministry of defense frees up a significant amount of production from the need to obtain permission for marketing in the countries to which Israel permits to export defense products.

Marketing unclassified dual-use goods in the U.S. will be completely relieved of the necessity of obtaining permission of the Ministry of defense.
The exporter will be exempt from having to obtain an additional license to marketing for the broker, if he belongs to one of the «allowed» countries.
