Ramzan Kadyrov commented on the situation in Jerusalem and said he was ready to resign of the head of Chechnya and the rest of my life to protect the al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple mount, according to July 27, the news Agency RIA Novosti.
«I am ready to resign and serve in the structures that ensure the safety of this Holy Moslem place. To be a volunteer and the rest of my life to protect the al-Aqsa mosque» – he wrote in his channel in a social network Telegram.
Recall that on 14 July, after the attack on the police, the Israeli authorities tightened security at the Temple mount, equipping it with metal detectors and video cameras. This led to protests of the Muslim community and the government announced the dismantling of installed equipment.
«I am against the use of terrorism as an instrument of political struggle, directed against the Muslim population», – said on this occasion Kadyrov.
To prevent such conflicts in the future, he proposed to transfer all rights in the Islamic Holy Shrine of Jordan, king Abdullah II which is the guardian of the shrines of Jerusalem.
