Sunday, February 1, in the magistrates court of Haifa was filed the indictment against 25-year-old resident of Akko Maxim Mayer and 31-year-old resident of Kiryat Yam Alexander Beilin. They are accused of fraud with aggravating circumstances, conspiracy and tax evasion.
According to the materials of the indictment, in the period from 2013 to 2015, the accused helped discharged soldiers of the IDF to receive from the Fund absorption and integration of the demobilized soldiers benefit in the change in marital status.
According to investigators, Maxim Mayer and Alexander Beilin veteran was provided the counterfeit documents confirming that they entered into marriage. In particular, they provided a fake ID, with a record of marriage extract from record of civil status in the Management of the population registration, and marriage certificate.
For their services they took from three to eight thousand shekels.
A Haifa court extended the detention of the accused until the next decision in their case.
