On Sunday evening, December 27, EIN news Agency reported that a force of U.S. special forces in a special operation in the province of Kirkuk (Northern Iraq) has captured the terrorist nicknamed Abu Omar al-Shishani, also known as «Omar the Chechen» – one of the leaders of the terrorist group «Islamic state».
The report noted that, in addition to al-Shishani, on Friday, December 25, in the Riyadh region were captured two field commanders of ISIS, another seven fighters were killed.
According to him EIN, three extremists were taken to the city of Sulaymaniyah in northeastern Iraq.
