According to the website NRG, during the day, thousands of Israelis received TEXT messages with the offer to fill out a form to receive «holiday loans».
According to this source, sending SMS messages to Israeli phone numbers were launched in the morning of 26 September. Unlike other «phishing» attacks, new messages are written in Hebrew without mistakes.
In the message received by NRG, said: «In addition to your requested loan for the holiday please click on the blue link and fill in the blank». However, we know that there are other options of the messages, but all of them end up asking you to click the link.
The publication says that at the moment it is unknown who is behind this attack, but, of course, we are talking about Internet fraud, which aims to gain access to sensitive user data.
