Recall that the «Golan Telecom», whose owner is an immigrant from France Michael Golan, went to the Israeli market in 2012. Its activities have led to a significant reduction of prices on services of cellular operators. The company controlled about 10% of the market. However, the company failed to fulfill one of the conditions of the license – to deploy by the beginning of 2016 the network of antennas covering 40% of the territory of Israel. Instead, «Golan Telecom» has used the infrastructure of the «Village» that gave grounds to consider it as a virtual operator.
