Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors recall over 160 thousand cars in the U.S. and Canada, according to news Agency Associated Press.
Under review fall within the Outlander crossover, Outlander Sport and Lancer sedan 2015-2017 model years, and the sports sedan Lancer Evolution 2015 model year. All we are talking about 161.167 cars, most of which were sold in the U.S. market, and 28.615 – Canada.
According to the company, the defect of electric relays in revoked cars can lead to engine overheating, power reduction and even stop while driving.
As noted in Mitsubishi Motors, the automaker is not aware of any case of accident or injury associated with the specified fault.
